- Case Acceptance: Attorneys have sole discretion in deciding whether to take your case
- Legal Outcomes: We do not guarantee any results, settlements, or recoveries from any legal claim
- Timeline: We cannot control how quickly attorneys review cases or respond to inquiries
- Quality of Representation: While we work with licensed attorneys, we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of their services
5.3 Your Responsibilities
If an attorney contacts you:
- You are responsible for evaluating whether to hire that attorney
- You should conduct your own due diligence on any attorney
- Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and the attorney, not with Robinhood Claims
- You are responsible for negotiating fees and terms with the attorney
6. No Attorney-Client Relationship

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

10.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
